3. Products

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, including their colors, sizes, and details. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes and fit may vary between brands and models. Small differences of this kind do not count as a defect.

All products are offered while stock lasts.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated automatically at checkout, before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you place it.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The purchase agreement is concluded once your order has been confirmed.

Andaves reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amount you have already paid in full.

6. Payment

Payment is made securely through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, and all other countries in Europe, with different shipping partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and destination country. More information can be found in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are possible, subject to stock availability. Full details on how to return a product and receive a refund can be found in our Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at andaves.info@gmail.com, including your order number and, if possible, photos of the product. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

10. Warranty

All products sold by Andaves are covered by the legal warranty that applies under EU and Belgian consumer law. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.

11. Liability

Andaves is not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by incorrect use of our products. Our liability is always limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at andaves.info@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours and will do our best to find a solution together with you.

15. Applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
