At Andaves, we know you can't wait to receive your new shoes. That's why we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Where we ship

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, and all other countries in Europe.

Order processing

Orders are shipped the same day, except on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and destination country. During busy holiday periods, delivery options and times may also vary.

Shipping partner

We work with various shipping partners depending on your destination country, so you can easily follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and may vary depending on your country and order. You will always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace number. Use it to follow your package until it arrives at your door.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Andaves cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is shipped.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if your Track & Trace hasn't updated for several days, please contact us at andaves.info@gmail.com. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the package. We'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
